Animal Control
The Town of Hartford does not have an Animal Control Officer. If you need to report an animal control issue, please review the following options.
Domestic Animals
Unfortunately we only bring pets back to the police department briefly to check for a microchip and to photograph them for Facebook. They are then transported to the Upper Valley Humane Society (UVHS). You can reach UVHS at (603) 448-6888.
